Ex folkie Steve Pepper heard of the closure of the Folk Club and approached Ray Black with the idea of producing a souvenir CD. Steve went along with his Yamaha Professional Quality Digital Studio and recorded over 40 songs over 2 Performers and Listeners Evenings -14th and 28th October 2005. These 40 items were whittled down to 20 tracks and the CD produced and released.
