Ex
folkie Steve Pepper heard of the closure of the Folk Club and approached
Ray Black with the idea of producing a souvenir CD. Steve went along
with his Yamaha Professional Quality Digital Studio and recorded over
40 songs over 2 Performers and Listeners Evenings -14th and 28th October
2005. These 40 items were whittled down to 20 tracks and the CD produced
and released.
The CD is available from Steve Pepper at Low Tide Studios, price
£5.00 plus 50p postage. Telephone 01423 524840 between 6 and 7
p.m. In addition you can buy the CD direct from the Folk club on fridays
or from the bar at the Empress.
